One of my personal favourites and the traditional Scottish breakfast sausage. Hand-made using natural skins and local beef. We use lean shoulder and flank along with a mild seasoning for a mouth-watering flavour!

INGREDIENTS: BEEF 57%, RUSK, {WHEAT), WATER, Salt (60-70%), Dextrose (10-20%), Rusk [Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Raising Agent (E503)] (5-10%), Stabiliser (E451) (5-10%), Preservative (E221) (2-5%), Flavourings (2-5%), Antioxidant (E300) (<2%), Colour (E120) (<2%)
