All our beef is locally sourced from our catchment area in the Scottish Highlands and sustainably reared on QMS assured farms. We also seasonally have our very own grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef from Swordale Farm, Bonar Bridge, located less than 1 mile from the shop. All our meat has very low food miles being delivered directly from our local abattoir in Dingwall which is only 27 miles away.
