All our lamb is sourced within our catchment area in the Scottish Highlands. We also supply Spring Lamb from our own farm throughout late Summer and Autumn.
Sheep are excellent at converting forage to protein and graze throughout the year predominantly on land which is not suitable for cropping and helps increase sward growth to aid carbon capture.
Lamb is both delicious and a healthy source of essential protein, minerals and trace elements required to maintain the body’s muscle function as well as a healthy immune system.
As far as meal options go the list is vast depending on your taste and requirements.
